The mold is clunky and outdated as fuck, but apart from the head sitting a bit too high, I think it's still an absolutely gorgeous figure. I'm not a seekerfag or a geewunner, but this is just a flat-out great robot design, and the particular shade of light blue on this version is to die for. His articulation and transformation are not anything to write home about, but this guy was from a time when an MP could still be visually impressive independent of how "accurate" it was to the cartoon.
