Andrew attempted the boxy open top 4 but is even too smooth brained for that and added a curve that rounds through the top instead of straight or at least wobbly straight lines making it look much more like a 9 than a 4. Absolutely his fault. Hell he even probably purposely made a 9 because he got confused and is now trying to claim he made a 4.
