For governors I really recommend the Queen's Guard or his mold mate the Ignite Spartan, solidly designed dude with big, fantastically designed weapons. The Hexa Red the Queen's Guard uses lets you match it up super well with a lot of the different robots they've done over the years too. You can't go wrong with the 1.5 versions of the original Pawn A1 and Para-Pawn Sentinel either, you've gotta get a Para-Pawn just for their adorable face sculpt.
