I want to get an idea of what I can realistically set my sights on as a beginner. Are MOCs usually made by playing around with the bricks you own rather than by having an idea of what you want to build and then trying to find the right assortment of bricks to build it? I assume using regular LEGO is easier and cheaper than TECHNIC?
