Contrast with the iconic Armored VF-1J. To put into Gundam terms since most of you might be more Gundam minded, this is a Full Armor sort of deal.
Now imagine one of the Zeta or Zeta adjacent transforming mobile suits having a FA variant that stays FA all the time, because I don't know if that legit has been done anywhere but that's what the Armored VF-25 is. Just upgunned and armored to fuck and never has to give it up until it decides it needs to purge excess mass.
