There's no reason that stops them from painting them just as well.
Also, i forgot that Mezco did a few lines in 1:18 and they had some of the best paint jobs ever.
>1:1001:144 is better. You have more minis in this scale accidently today, because it's a very convenient size and easier to sell minis of large vehicles at mass market prices.
