Buuut you can glue and blue tack most of this shit back stronger, and the arms can be fixed by using the trick a youtuber posted.
Apparently you need to get a piece of hard wide tubing and put a piece of thinner flexible tubing inside and then put that on the torso peg to make his torso longer. That apparently fixed the arms being too long.
