Kohara literally designed the most iconic characters outside of one or two that aren't as iconic as Jazz or Soundwave or the seekers. Floro didn't "redesign" them either, he traced them to edit fine details, removed wheels/made heads slightly bigger. Kohara still did all the work and Floro doesn't deserve Kohara's credit. Ironically Toei did literally redesign Floro's stuff though from the ground up. You can tell when it's actually Floro because his stuff is ugly as fuck.
