>>10395937>>10395990Yeah, pic related is what I found from my Amazon purchase. I did not actually consider contacting customer support over it but I should have. I just closed it back up and stuck it in the factory cardboard it came in and filed for a return + replacement, which was all automated and painless enough. Fortunately I was taking my kids out shopping anyways so the Amazon locker was in the area but still, clear packaging is needed. This whole open box (some transformers) and closed box shit has to stop.
