And sure, LFL limped along for almost a decade on the strength of The Clone Wars cartoons, but that was barely enough to keep the lights on for such a huge company, which is why, when presented with the option to just simply sell the whole shebang to Disney in 2011, Lucas decided to take it, rather than spend the rest of his life trying to keep LFL running on fumes like he'd already done through the 80's and 90's.
