>>10051773Those are all incredibly janky, to be fair, even compared to early Revoltechs. Sure ToyBiz tried to do super-articulated bespoke sculpts...but most of them kinda sucked. Like, look at those Spidermen. Cut-swivels for waists (only used by budget lines like ML and being phased out by other Hasbro lines), those godawful hips, horrible articulated fingers etc. 10/10 for effort, 3/10 for execution.
Meanwhile a lot of even the really early Revoltechs hold up in terms of posing, look far less awkward doing so and can achieve much better poses with far fewer parts. Like this Helldiver IIRC is a REALLY old one- he uses multi-axis cut hips rather than revolvers, and yet can still achieve a hell of a lot of really good poses whilst looking coherent.
