It was impossible to remove the cape without cutting that cord when I was changing out the doll’s clothes. The head was too big for the cape to slip off. There’s no elastic in the cord either. So I had to cut it if I wanted to change clothes. Maybe there’s another way to safely remove it, but I didn’t see any.
Thankfully, I saved a couple gold ribbons that tied SheRa down in the package. I can hand sew them on to the cape for a cord that can be tied. Still, I shouldn’t have to resort to craft skills to fix a glaring problem with a doll that’s meant to have it’s clothes switched out.
