I was looking up the robotic bebop and rocksteady super7s, and comparing them to the originals because.. it feels funny we got all this BRIGHT shiny silver paint in wave 5, but the prototype images we've seen for the bots so far just have pretty plain silver, not close to the brightness of the original chrome. hopefully the final result looks better..
anyway I discovered that robotic bebop's "Warrior" recolor is one of those rare literal repaints. They clearpainted over the chrome, rather than doing colored chrome, which resulted in it flaking off over time (not the chrome itself flaking)
I don't think I've ever seen that before. anyway makes me wonder, if super7 does this guy (and I hope they do) will they make him a bebop partner to go with.. and if so, what color? blue? teal?
