For that $10 you get a figure that has far better sculpt, paint, and engineering across the board. But if you really give a shit about owning a dozen extra hands that you're never gonna use, then fine, the MS is for you. The NA comes with the saluting hand and that's basically all you need. Also the MS comes with a battery for their incorrectly colored light up feature, so if that's important to you then sure there's that too.
