Guys what ever happened to the Mcfarlane figs? i know Joytoy blew them out of the water the second the 1/18ths were revealed but i feel like they could've sticked around longer than two years. I mean they were relatively affordable, customization was easy and encouraged, sturdy and dense mfs, and decently poseable. I guess they pulled the plug because they only released like one fig every 2000 years and people lost interest waiting 18 months for a chaos marine. I mean i and many others were very excited for a terminator but that was shitcanned after the failure of the orks. My best guess for why they stopped making them is the customizing gap, these big 12in figures being sold to fans who are used to painting 5cm minis their usual painting techniques aren't gonna work too well (unless they frequently paint titans/knights) but that seems a little far fetched. I miss them and the line had great potential but i guess Mcfarlane pulled a Fallout Power Armor and just pulled the plug for no reason
