Obviously Frieza beat his brother, who was actually next up for the throne (just shows how ruthless Frieza was) inherited the Cold family place as ruler of the Cold force and galaxy. But Cooler may have survived and has been training to kill Frieza and take back what is his. (Also this is just some shit i made up just to respond to you guys, I have not premeditated fantasy fiction haha) but yeah there are ways they can bring him in guys - like i said its not that serious. Just have to have the imagination and writting skills to make it work.
