Was able to find at least one other store with it by searching "russian tank bricks" (without quotes), could probably find more by dropping russian and scrolling through a few pages.
The pic is mine; fortunate enough to live in Canada where Walmart has been putting out some Sluban sets under their Play Day brand (was going to pass until I realized it was a Sluban, my prior experience with Play Day was disappointing). It is a great tank, rolls nicely and has lots of nifty details. Being a Sluban it has the soft clutch but except for a couple minor bits on the turret it didn't cause any issues. Can say it really got me going on a tank kick, though it's a rare modern one among many of WW2 vintage heh. Definitely worth the price, in CAD it comes to about 5 cents per piece.
>>8435955Don't think I've ever seen them, they're the one Lego Castle helmet that seems to have been overlooked. Most likely reason is it isn't on their radar as Lego hasn't troubled itself to make any since 2003. Closest I've seen is here, not quite the same but just as nice really, though less generic with the not-House Baratheon stag's head:
