So I managed to score 2 of pic related with ZenMarket. Besides the cost from Kotobukiya, they charged a total of ¥300 for the both of them together: a really low fee for a proxy service. The problem with ZM, is the slow turnaround speed of their ordering system.
I have been trying to figure out how to sucessfully order high-demand items with ZenMarket for a while, and I am concluding it's just not possible for things that sell out quickly (I tried to order 2 of the 005 set previously, *and* this time as well, but it sold out literally 5 minutes before Zenmarket attempted to finally order them)
I really like ZM for their low fee, but I am thinking about trying a different proxy service that offers quicker processing.
White Rabbit Express looks promising, but for a single item that costs roughly $100, they would charge about $27. That is a lot higher than $3. The tradeoff, is it looks like WRE would actually order your item when it becomes available and not more than 24 hours later.
In the past I have used Yokatta and Rider Proxy, but the former vanished without a trace and the latter charges high fees.
Can anyone recommend a *fast* ordering proxy service that doesn't charge an arm and a leg? Someone you were happy to deal with?
I'm going to keep using ZM for regular exclusives, but I think I am finally willing to shell out a little more to actually get to place the orders consistently. Just need to find a place that isn't too rapey.
