The Figuarts' weakness is that it's rather short relative to other 6" lines. While I think she looks great with other Figuarts, she'll be far too short for any other 6" Star Wars figure line. Conversely the Black Series is actually kinda too tall (even considering the actress' height) , but that works well for an imposing commander-type.
If you have a bunch of Figuarts FO troopers, go for the SHF Phasma as she'll fit in superbly with them. Alternatively, if you just want a stand-alone Phasma that looks great, again the SHF is a good option thanks to the proportions and a more attractive silver paint job (much shinier than the Black Series in-person). But, if you have mostly Black Series figures or aren't really enthused with the character, then the Black Series is a fine figure with a good bang for the buck.
