The promo images for IW Cap changed to this version of Cap, which, if you check all the reviews and probably even your own, the hair and skin tone are noticeably different. My guess is that this Cap is the paint he was supposed to have to begin with, but Hasbro fucked up and released the Cap's with brown hair and almost orange-ish skin first.
