>>6139143I am curious how you managed to write that post since it's pretty obvious you can't read.
Have a look again at the first post I replied to and actually read what I wrote, then it's obvious what we are talking about.

After you made your order and clicked at the button "Confirm Order" at the bottom the "Order List" should look like pic attached.
The different status options are explained underneath the order list, 'await confirmation' means that the dealer will now contact the seller and confirm that your stuff is available to order.
You do not receive a mail to confirm you made the order, but as long as the status does not say 'await user confirm' all is well.
I thiiiink you do receive a mail when they start checking for you, but I really can't remember for sure and looking in my trash folder didn't show anything.
It usually goes so fast that you either receive a "Confirm Help" message (i.e., the tell you something about an article in your order and you need to confirm, i.e. like when the seller says you actually have the option of size A and B and you now need to tell them which you want) or straight "1st Payment Invoice".
So just give it some time till their holidays are over and maybe add an extra day, I assume you only put in that one item so checking should be quick as soon as they are back.
