The painted one was from the Bio-Fighter Wars and pic related was the Bio-Fighter Collection action figure. Neither of which were ever produced and this is now 14-15 years ago.
I've e-mailed GSC numerous time and even have a couple of good contacts their now. I've made my offer, but seems no-one knows what ever happened to these to.
Good shout on the commission, but i'd really like to to be from a GK producer in Japan who could do it justice.
