>>8787409That's MMC Hellion. Pretty solid figure but really tricky to transform. On top of being a good Cliffjumper with good articulation and the full suite of cliffjumper accessories, his alt mode has a modeled interior which is really cool for a transforming figure that small.
If you're not put off by his looks (personally I think he's a bit ugly in some areas) I'd definitely recommend him if you just want a Cliffjumper MP that makes for a good toy though. Unfortunately they never did a matching Bumblebee.
