Like I said, we typically get a character if they're important or popular enough, regardless of their allignment. Kamen Rider, Star Wars and DBZ inparticular have loads of them, so which line are you butthurt about?
The Marvel stuff is about the only line were bad guys are lacking and that's probably down to the MCU villains being largely shitty. I am surprised they didn't do Vulture, and I'll be more surprised if we don't see a Loki with Infinity War coming out.
