After opening the other package I can indeed confirm this assessment as we find a number of poses missing from the first bag and conversely a few now absent. Incidentally they also forgot to include a Rebel horseman, apparently content to throw in three copies of the poor soldier receiving a serious head wound in its stead.
I wouldn't give these full marks, largely over the pose assortment situation but also some less significant but notable quality issues - a couple bayonets had broken off in the bag and there was some flashing to be removed from a few pieces. Can't nitpick too much on this aspect though, my prior experience with these figures was of even worse quality, with considerable flashing and more brittleness. Will be doing a side-by-side later, both with those older figures and the ones I got from China more recently.
