Thing is when it came to implementing him in the show, for whatever reason, the creatives working on the series didnt even establish him into an actual character. Weirder still is that they use elements of his design through out the space sharks episode, but then just pulled thes random alien dragon OCs out of their asses.
Long story short the poor bastard never even made it into the cartoon!
