>>7408311The one pictured is Renderform's Galvatron head along with bicep mounts to fix the arm cannon. This is pretty much not physically possible to buy anymore unless you find someone who already bought them willing to sell them.
You can find most parts for Galvatron on Shapeways. I got rid of the shuttle nose and replaced it with a booster thing from Shapeways, along with G1-style pylons. You can also find various head soltions and armcannon mounts there too.
