I've looked at all the shots using the best quality we currently have, it's not his prune face, it's just him being old(since clearly his clone body was cloned to whatever his age was when he died) and having wrinkly, saggy old person skin. It's not the prune-level wrinkling we saw in ROTS and the OT.
