Hell they could do the same thing they just did with the recent ARC Trooper and have different decos be exclusives for other stores. Do different jumpsuit colors, lightsaber blades, maybe a couple of different hilt designs in different decos, BD-1 colors. Soft goods for the poncho to get the different looks and cuts. Even do a deluxe version that has the default poncho in plastic and a couple of the smaller creature enemies like a bog rat as a similar pack like the Maldo Kreis one we just got. It's so annoying that the most obvious shit for repaints doesn't happen.
