>>7725934The doll itself was still ok, but I wanted to keep it mint in box because she was the first doll I ever owned, and bought with my own money back in 1997. Sadly, she was stolen by an American Airlines TSA employee. I put her in my bag before getting on the plain inside of a pink blanket, and put the blanket in the middle of my bag. When I picked up my bag the blanket had been unravel, and Ariel was gone. All I had was a photo I took of her while on vacation using a real film camera. So that's why even though I rarely buy stuff online I bought her. Called up amazon, they offered a $10 discount. I said that wasn't good enough. They said what about a $30 discount? I said no, and ask to speak to her Supervisor. Supervisor says how about a full refund, and I said fine. I still keep it in the box to keep the dust off of it, but I'm still pissed every time i look at it, even if it was free, and this is why I don't order dolls online if I can avoid it.
