First, I'll always proselytize for Imaginext. I don't collect them, but they might be the most comprehensive and consistent toy line I've ever seen. Everything is the same scale and every line is cross compatible. If I had kids, I'd buy them a shit load of these.
I couldn't resist this little pocket Swamp Thing and this is the exact kind of design I like for him, big and hulking with sloping shoulders and a well-defined nose ridge. Plus he's got a fucking broken rib cage on his chest, that's awesome. Sculpt is great but no accessories is a bummer. I just want like a vine or something. Oh well.
Swamp Bats is cool, but I don't really care about him. I would have preferred if Swampy came alone with his own accessories but he's probably not particularly appealing to most kids. But oh well, beggars can't be choosers.
