Adding a swing out cylinder to a revolver style plastic toy only adds another point of failure for plebs to hamhand. Reload speeds are also negligible when you consider that once you have expended your rounds, you have to swing the cylinder out, expel the spent casings, reload the chambers, then swing the cylinder back in with a real firearm.
