I teach high school Art and you wouldn't believe how many times I've had to teach the kids how to hold a ruler in place properly in order to create perfectly straight lines. The combination of budget cuts in education, no child left behind policies, and the spread of social media has had serious negative impacts on the current generation of kids and unfortunately toys have had to adapt to match.
