New year, new stuff. Tried detail painting for the first time on the thick seams on the arms, legs, and chest. The channels were deep enough that I thought I could freehand it without masking, that may have been a mistake but it looks fine from display distance. I also took some reviewer's advice and painted the tips of the missiles [not photo'd here] red to make them stand out in their pods
First time using dry transfers as well. I accidentally did something almost resembling intelligence by doing the one on the foot first. It's not 'badly applied', it's 'weathered'. The other ones went on a lot better after that bit of practice
