So, you pretty much lied your ass off and posed the figures to purposely show what you wanted.
His shoulders do go further back than you showed.
His elbow does have greater range of motion. You can even see in your picture how you left the new vegetas double jointed elbow straight to only use one end of it, but actually used both hinged for the old vegeta.
