I haven't transformed him yet as I don't particularly feel like it right now, but I will eventually. As mentioned earlier in the thread, his thigh swivels are kinda tight, but not tight enough for me to have any major issues. His hands are easy to replace and easy to remove from the runner. For the $20 I paid for him, I feel he is very much worth the money.
