I prefer dioramas to whole houses. Got a tea room, a shooting range, a Japanese style room, and a sidewalk scene on 13x13 MDF bases so they fit in detolfs.
But, I mostly came in this thread to ask a question. My next one is going to be a bedroom on top with a trapdoor leading to a torture dungeon below. Which set would be better for designing a bedroom over that? Victorian/gothic seems a bit too on the nose, though the aesthetic of it is always nice. The more girly set looks like lots of fun, but it's much harder to find stuff fitting that aesthetic, so the room might end up a bit more spartan. In an ideal world, I'll make it modular and do both, but I don't have infinite money, so which should I start with?
