My local place's owner has a reputation for being rude and unpleasant. Reality is he just says what he's thinking, busts chops, and is always trying to make a sale. Comes off as an asshole at first, but he's fine when you learn not to take anything he says personally. Not bad to haggle with if you don't mind him putting pressure on you to buy. Last time I was in there he was talking about the negative reviews he has online and how some sketchy company offered to remove them for a fee but he denied them because he deserves his reputation and prefers that people expect a Simpsons Comic Book Guy when they're coming in.
