Just make sure you don't use it in any place with any sort of breeze or wind, because it gets fucking everywhere if it should blow anywhere. Basically, work in an enclosed area. I usually take an old box from shit I've bought and just apply it in the box, shaking any excess out of the figure as best as I can once I've got the part I need lubed up.
