If you look at the full-size version, you can see some amateur errors like how the space inside the letters is not the same color as the background.
As someone who routinely makes forgeries for fun, this looks pretty fake. If I'm wrong, feel free to point to any evidence other than thebrickfan website, such as an official set number or mention by official Lego channels.
