Throw his shoulders forward, unfurl his extra legs so they come down and around, then bend the joint in his midsection; from there, it's just arranging his legs and pushing his robot face up into his helmet to give him a more beastly visage, and he's done. In either mode, his tail detaches and opens to become a bow, and his spear can be attached to a slot on the edge to turn it into a massive arrow. It's honestly pretty ungainly and difficult to pose him with - the length of the spear itself gets in the way of most of his arm articulation. Still, I like that he can go full Sagittarius, and it's definitely my favorite of his four canon modes.
