It should be easy to create memorable interesting human figures in this sort of setting. Throw in small dinosaur pets like a falconer or a little proto on a chain, etc. Body armor out of dino bones or skin. Wounds like significant scars and battle damage from living in a world where dinosaurs are all around and your mounts and pets and livestock.
But there's none of that.
