GW primer is phenomenal, shit is literally indestructible, and I know because I've been using it for a decade, shit should not be rubbing off, and if it's the top layer that's rubbing off not only are you using shitty paint but are you not varnishing? The varnish alone should stop that completely even with shit paint. Like the other anon said primer is not optional, even if you don't think it does anything it massively helps with base layering since it gives you a foundation for depth and definition vs base layering bare plastic, which not only usually looks like shit but is also straight up gimping yourself for certain colors like yellow.
Pic related is some of my work if you want to question it. I can see most of your shit is metallic color which makes sense, metallics are high pigment so they'll look good even on unprimed shit especially since you can just nuke them with wash and instantly get definition.
