Car robots stands out among Transformers because it's the only one that really feels like it was trying to adapt to then-modern Japanese mecha design trends. Maybe Alternity, too. The kibble and spindly, sleek robot mode looks at home with other 2000's; TF has otherwise been stuck in this rut of 80's homages or uncool American animation designs.
I'm already seeing retards in these threads wanting a Big Convoy "without shellforming" because they have no fucking clue that the whole point of the "shellforming" is that every piece is a weapon.
