snapped up the new entry grade. might wash the head vents and back head camera later
Fun, quick build. They seemed to have put the effort in color separation on the head and torso, and they kind of cheaped out everywhere else. Limbs are just two pieces each; can't even call them sandwiches because there's nothing in between them.
They still don't look too bad and maintain some excellent articulation still. Arms have a nice vertical pop-out, presumably for the final shooting pose. Legs are fine, and the ankle joints in particular are quite nice, though the feet leave something to be desired in the way of detail.
notably there is no horizontal pop-out at all for the arms/shoulders, which are ball joints on hinges that only swing vertically
and yeah, no beam effects for sabers and only having one set of hands aren't too fun, but that's hardly a concern if you're into this hobby at all and the kit literally cost me 7 bucks
one last thing I particularly like that not many people seem to have mentioned is that the way runners are gated so that you can hamhands pieces straight off with your fingers, nubs are just absolutely tiny and easy to deal with.
