Hasbro was once again retarded and cheap. Quite a few copies of Evolution Armada Optimus Prime can form stressmarks on hinges in panels that hide super mode fists (those panels on core robot legs). And that can result in breakage. So check yours if you have that problem dissassembly leg, remove that panel and shave port that it latches onto it.
