>>5326261it doesnt work that way. the Eva kits used RG style inner frames in their arms, its a plastic skeleton wrapped in soft rubber to give it a very organic look without visible joints. however the rubber is pretty stiff and wears out over time, so alot of people dont like them. plus there is the old PG Eva kit that had an entire one-piece ruber body suit that you slipped over the inner frame and then covered in armor, which is supposed to be one of the most tedious processes of any robot kit.
thats why the newer Koto Evas just used regular joints, the Bandai ones were more show accurate and used more advanced manufacturing techniques but really limited their playability.
