It seems like a feature they would have already touted if the Zakus did have it, so I'm doubting whether or not it'll appear on the final figure. Would certainly be an odd omission though, considering the hardpoint Zaku II and the Gouf Custom both had moveable mono-eyes. Fingers crossed the final figure will happily surprise us.
