All the major Lego cataloging sites have no record of it and googling it produces nothing either. There isn't even the name of the publisher anywhere to be found in the magazine, but the fact that it's labelled Issue 1 suggests there is (or at least plans) for more issues. I might have to get in touch with Lego and see what they have on it.
