The plastic quality is almost like that of knock-off BJDs. And I mean that in a good way, as the solid plastic and yellowish hue give off BJD resin vibes. All joints feel solid, if a bit stiff to move. The only “loose” joints are the ankle joints. They’re actually about as sturdy as the wrist joints, but they’re holding up a heavy solid doll and those ankles, wearing heels no less, have a hard time keeping the doll steady while posing. If you want to keep Jem in one pose on your display shelf for any length of time, I recommend you put her on a doll stand. Otherwise she’s going to take an inevitable shelf dive.
